I know only too well what it’s like to be a busy mum under pressure.

This is what makes me different as a therapist and makes the support I offer so relevant for you as a mum: I get what it's like; I know how hard it can be to carve out time for yourself; and I tailor make everything I offer so that it's practical, effective and WORKS around you as a parent.

I get how desperately we all want to get things right for our children.

And how easily we can worry that we’re messing it all up. I remember what it’s like to be a sleep deprived mum, with no clue of how to get through the day that’s stretching out ahead. I know the things we feel guilty about as mums and the way we can compare ourselves and think that everyone else is doing a much better job than we are.

I know how it feels to have your kids drive you insane and then instantly regret it when you don't manage to stay calm.  To have fears and worries about your children and not know how to deal with them.

I understand how upsetting it can be when the day to day grind of parenting is getting you down. When none of it's playing out the way you thought it would and managing the changes and conflicts feels impossible.

That’s why I’ve taken my twenty plus years of experience in emotional wellbeing and my skills as a cognitive behavioural therapist and I’ve designed support specifically for the challenges of being a mum.
