I know what it’s like to be a busy mum under pressure. I’m one too. Think of me as your new mum friend, but with the skills and knowledge to make life better for you.

I get how desperately we want to get things right for our children. And how easily we can worry that we’re messing it all up. I remember what it’s like to be a sleep deprived mum, with no clue of how to get through the day that’s stretching out ahead. I know the things we feel guilty about as mums and the way we can compare ourselves and think that everyone else is doing a much better job than we are.

I know how it feels to have your kids drive you insane and then instantly regret it when you don't manage to stay calm.  To have fears and worries about your children and not know how to deal with them.

I know how upsetting it can be when you love your kids but aren’t enjoying the day to day of being a parent.

That’s why I’ve taken my twenty plus years of experience in emotional wellbeing and my skills as a cognitive behavioural therapist and I’ve designed support specifically for the challenges of being a mum.
