The Fourth Trimester - support for new or new again mums

Nothing can quite prepare you for the emotional impact of becoming a mum for the first time or of managing the transition of bringing another new baby into your family.

Our Fourth Trimester support package puts the focus and help on you. Yes, we'll ask how the baby is, but most importantly - we'll ask how you are.

Weekly online video calls (at a time that works for you, from the comfort of your home) and email support in between sessions will ensure you're getting the care you need and the space to talk through the confusing and overwhelming experiences that can come with having a new baby.

The Early Years and Beyond

Toddler tantrums kicking in and testing your patience? Worrying about milestones like your child starting nursery or school and how you're going to handle it? Returning to work after maternity leave can be one of the biggest transitions mums have to manage.

Some mums feel ready to go back but still find the thought of the logistics and pressures overwhelming. Others dread it and find it an emotionally difficult time being parted from their little one.

However you're feeling, it's a process of adapting and getting used to this next phase.

Alternatively, you might be at the point where you want or need to think about working outside the home, but have no clue what this could look like for you. Or the job you previously had just doesn't fit with family life anymore and you want more flexibility so you can enjoy work but still be around to do the school run.
